Mr. Ma Chao Joins TI as Fellow

On June 30, 2022, Mr. Ma Chao joined Taihe Institute (TI) as a fellow.

 

 

Mr. Ma holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and received his master of law degree from People’s Public Security University of China. He is currently a partner at Yenlex and the director of Criminal Compliance Research Institute of Yenlex, as well as a member of Council for Mediation of Internet Contradiction and Dispute and the Evaluation of Internet Ambience at Beijing Network Industry Association.

 

Mr. Ma has extensive experience in enforcement of administrative law, criminal justice and discipline inspection and supervision. Mr. Ma’s joining will improve Taihe Institute’s research capacities in both social governance and rule of law.
