On November 15th, 2019, Taihe Institute held a ceremony for Mr. Guo Xinning to join Taihe Institute as a Senior Researcher.
Mr. Guo Xinning, Ph.D. in Military Science, is now a professor and Senior Director of international programs, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University; in his military career, he worked respectively as Deputy Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies and Deputy Commandant of the College of Defense Studies, PLA National Defense University, as well as PHD supervisor of military science. Mr. Guo has been engaged in the study of international strategy and national security strategy for a long time, and has successively undertaken more than 20 high-level major policy consultation projects from relevant government departments. And he has published many academic works and papers.
Mr. Guo Xinning has a deep foundation of international strategic theory and rich experience in military diplomacy. His joining in the Institute will further enrich the research strength of Taihe Institute in the field of international relations.
