On November 12th, 2019, a ceremony was held for Mr. An Qingjun to join Taihe Institute as a Senior Researcher.
Mr. An Qingjun previously served as a consultant at the Automation Research and Design Institute of the Metallurgical Industry; Assistant Governor of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture; Assistant President of China Grand Enterprises; Vice President of Sinotrans Logistics Ltd.; Executive Director of China Railway Material Trade Group Co., Ltd.; and is currently the Secretary General of Research Institute of China Railway Group Ltd. His main research interests include technological policy, and information security. His selected publications are “The Science and technology industry and its development strategy” “Information and strategic information warfare” as well as “National information security strategy”.
Mr. An Qingjun worked formerly in research institutes, Central Authorities, Local Governments, and State-Owned Enterprises, and has rich experience of interdisciplinary work. His joining will further augment the research strength of Taihe Institute in fields such as ground-breaking technology and the BRI.
